How long will my order take?

Every Ever After Wear product is made to order via Printify. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. After that, delivery takes about 5–10 business days within the US and Canada, or 6–11 business days to Europe. In total, expect roughly 7–15 business days from order to delivery.

What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $70 or more. For orders under $70, standard shipping is $8. Express shipping is available for $15. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

What is your return policy?

Since every item is custom-made for your order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted — or if we made an error (wrong size, design, color, or product) — we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. Just inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days of delivery. Shoppers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, simply place a new order for the correct item.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email us at everafterwearstudio@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos help). If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.

How do I find my size?

Each product page offers a size selector — please choose carefully before ordering. Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns if the size doesn’t fit due to ordering the wrong size by mistake.
